What is your Warranty Policy?
Each keyboard/keycap set/tool purchased is covered under a 1 Year Warranty, and all switches are covered for 3 months under Mecha Malaysia from the date of purchase.
This will cover manufacturing/assembly defects:
- Incorrect Assembly
- Defective Product (Aesthetic/Functional)
This will NOT cover:
- Defects caused by user damage:
Water damage, fall damage, scratches and dents, improper disassembly, incorrect software flashing, and all other possible damages caused by the user.
- Wear and Tear related to stabilisers and switch smoothness.
Perishables such as Opened Booster Packs, Lubricants, Hand-lubed switches and or other perishables will not be covered under the warranty policies due to its nature.
We will consider the warranty active as long as contact is made with us within the warranty period with verifiable proof that the product is defective.
Any contact outside of the warranty period despite the issue appearing before the ending of the period will not be accepted as covered under warranty.
Should your purchase run into issues outside of the specified warranty periods, we offer discounted repair services to attempt the rectify the issue.
All costs regarding new parts will be passed onto the consumer with NO upcharge.
Mecha Malaysia Sdn Bhd is not liable to replace/compensate for any of the aforementioned reasons to activate your warranty after the specified warranty periods.
Disclaimers:
Boards with batteries feature Lithium-Ion batteries. You are strongly advised to use USB-C data cables provided/sold to you by Mecha Malaysia.
Damage caused by overcurrent on higher rated USB-C cables/chargers/ports will not be covered by Mecha Malaysia.

Same Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is only eligible for customers residing in Klang Valley.
Customers may contact us before placing an in-store pickup order and arranging GrabExpress, Lalamove or other delivery methods of their own. Cut-off time is 7 PM.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy for Mecha Malaysia
Processing / Fulfilment Time
In stock orders will be fulfilled and shipped out within 2-3 working days. Lead time may be extended up to 5 days due to the volume of orders.
Damages
Mecha Malaysia Sdn Bhd is not responsible for items that are damaged during transit. All orders are packed and checked efficiently before courier collection. Kindly contact the courier for any damaged orders.
For Pick-Up orders, collection can be made with proof of purchase presented in-store. Grab/Lalamove/e-hailing collection is permitted; however, the fee will be borne by the customer, and Mecha Malaysia Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any damage or lost items in transit.
International Orders (DHL Express)
Processing/Fulfilment time
For in-stock orders, we will fulfill and ship out your product within 2-5 working days. We do not ship during public holidays.
Shipping Rates and Duties
Shipping rates and delivery times for different countries will be available at checkout. Customs taxes and duties will be borne by the buyer. Please consult us if you have any questions.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Exchanges and refunds are only applicable for unopened and sealed products. Any claims must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Custom-built services are final and give Mecha Malaysia Sdn Bhd the consent to customize the keyboard. These services are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Used consumable items such as tools, lubricants, palm rests, and PCBs are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Switches are only entitled to a 3-month warranty due to their perishable nature.
For exchanges involving an item of higher value than the item purchased, a top-up is required. A restocking fee of 15% is imposed on exchanges.
For refunds, only Mecha Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. store credit will be offered and is strictly non-exchangeable for cash.
Sales of discounted and promotional items are considered final and non-refundable.
Products purchased using the Grab PayLater installment methods are not eligible for a refund or return.
All shipping, taxes, or duties are strictly non-refundable. All duties are to be paid by the respective buyer upon receipt of the package.
A one-on-one exchange is applicable for defective products, and a full refund will be provided if Mecha Malaysia Sdn Bhd is not able to replace the defective item.
All items returned or exchanged must be given back with the full original packaging, including labels, documents, cables, tools, etc.

What's a [Group Buy], [Pre-order] and [In-stock] ?
What is a "Group Buy"?
The term "Group Buy" in this context refers to projects that are crowdfunded by the mechanical keyboard community.
For "[Group Buy]" tagged items, it has not yet been produced, and will require a certain amount of orders before manufacturing begins. To hit MOQ (minimum order quantity), project runners usually will have a few regional vendors to increase the reach of it. Once the MOQ has been achieved, and the Group Buy period has ended, manufacturing will then begin.
Most Group Buy projects are unlimited in quantity, but there are a few that may have a cap on quantities.
Why should I join a Group Buy?
- Participants are able to choose the exact configuration they prefer.
- Prices are typically the lowest, compared to Pre-orders and In-stocks.
Are there any disadvantages of joining a Group Buy?
- Like many crowdfunded projects, payments are made upfront, and participants will have to wait for a period of time before receiving the products.
- There may be delays on the fulfilment as manufacturing and shipments may face unexpected turns.
What is a "Pre-order"?
Products tagged with "[Pre-order]" are usually been paid for by the Vendor, already in manufacturing progress, or is en route to the Vendor.
Why should I join a Pre-order?
- Shorter wait times compared to Group Buys.
- Prices may be slightly higher than Group Buy, but will still be lower than In-stock prices.
- Orders will be fulfilled at the same timeframe with Group Buy participants.
Are there any disadvantages of joining a Pre-order?
- You are still making an upfront payment, and are still subjected to the same potential delays as Group Buys.
- Limited customisation options compared to Group Buy, if any.
What are "In-stocks"?
"[In-stocks]" or "[Extras]" are usually available after Group Buys and Pre-orders have been fulfilled.
Why should I buy In-stocks?
- They are all ready-stocks and are ready to be shipped, no waiting time.
Are there any disadvantages of buying In-stocks?
- Prices will be higher than Group Buy and Pre-order phases.
- Almost none of the customisation option that Group Buy participants have.
