Lalamove/Grab-Express
For Pick-Up orders, collection can be made with proof of purchase presented in-store. Grab/Lalamove/e-hailing collection is permitted; however, the fee will be borne by the customer, and Mecha Malaysia Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any damage or lost items in transit.

Shipping Prices
Shipping prices are estimated according to the shipping address and weight/volumetric weight. We reserve to right to inform the customer of any additional top-up to fulfill the order ONLY accordingly to what our shipping providers quote in the event that a price was wrongly quoted.

Shipping Estimate
Shipping estimate is provided to us by your local shipping couriers. These time frames are an estimate only. Delivery times will depend on the postal services worldwide and how busy they are the time of processing and delivery. If you have any concerns with the tracking of your parcel, please contact your local carrier with your tracking number for further assistance.
Once an order has been dispatched and collected by shipping couriers, Mecha Malaysia no longer has any control over the handling and delivery times of the parcel.
Delivery times do not include sorting and processing of parcels.
Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. Mecha Malaysia cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimise any potential delays.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or result in a return to sender. Orders will be reshipped once the package has been returned to us by the courier and the reshipment cost has been paid.
Lost & Undelivered Packages
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Mecha Malaysia and issues arising from such packages must be resolved by the customer with the appropriate shipping carrier. Mecha Malaysia strives to keep and resolve such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. We are not responsible for any costs associated with erroneous address submissions.
